So I’ll just come out and say it: I want to offer a paid membership to my audience. It sounds ridiculous writing those words, but it’s even more ridiculous living as a thought in my head.
The past week I’ve been oscillating between dream and despair.
Swing to dreams: Imagine being able to bring like-minded people together! People who are invested doing what it takes to do courageous work! I even have the name for it: Greater Stories!
Swing to despair (it feels like I’m on this end much longer): Why do these ideas come inside my head? Who am I to think I can do this? Do you even know enough people who’d want to do this? What real value can you give to people? You’re just making this harder for yourself…
The reason for the membership is simple—I could help more people than one on one coaching. The time and energy I have is not scalable. With a membership that has written, audio, or video content, it’s scalable.
