Talk to my wife, and she’ll tell you it’s really hard for me to be consistent. She is the hallmark of consistency. I thought I loved routine, but she thrives in it.
So it’s obligatory for me to pat myself on the back as I tell you I’ve published a piece of writing everyday for the past 60 days.
It started with a break from social media in December. The energy and time I gained birthed this new endeavor, and now I’m addicted to shipping not scrolling.
Any goal, however high (to be an author) starts with one step, one day at a time. Writing daily are those steps, and I can feel the compounding effect my efforts will have.
I rarely take a moment to breathe and celebrate, but today is a good day for a fist pump.
